Rest house ‘Varna’
The BAS Creativity Rest House is located just 12 km northeast of Varna and only 500 meters from the seashore, nestled between the popular resorts Golden Sands and Sts. Constantine and Helena.
Its convenient location offers excellent conditions for a peaceful summer holiday and serves as an ideal starting point for exploring the Northern Black Sea Coast.
The complex includes:
– 32 double rooms,
– 10 triple rooms, and
– 3 apartments,
all equipped with balconies, sea views, private bathrooms, TVs, and small refrigerators.
Every room is air-conditioned for maximum comfort.
Conference Rooms and Business Events
For conferences, seminars, trainings, and presentations, the Creativity Rest House offers two modern, fully equipped conference halls and one meeting room:
– Hall 1 – capacity up to 100 seats (theater setting). Equipped with a multimedia projector, projection screen, and a complete sound system (mixing console, microphones, and speakers).
– Hall 2 – capacity up to 30 seats (classroom setting), equipped with a whiteboard and projection screen.
– Hall 3 – a small, comfortable meeting room suitable for up to 12 participants. All rooms are air-conditioned, feature natural daylight, and can be darkened when needed. Additional equipment is available, including a laptop, overhead projector, flipchart, and auxiliary office materials such as a laminator, binding machine, and paper trimmer.
Restaurant
The main restaurant features a spacious dining hall and a sunny terrace with a beautiful sea view. It is open year-round and provides an excellent setting for corporate events, banquets, and family celebrations.
Parking
A free parking area with a capacity of 50 cars is available for guests, along with a spacious courtyard for relaxation featuring a beautiful sea view and a designated children’s play area.
