INTERNAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR THE CREATIVITY HOUSES OF BAS

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Creativity Houses are properties owned by BAS, managed by OPZ “Pochivino Delo” – BAS and are used seasonally for:

• creative activity of BAS scientists

• conducting seminars, symposia, conferences and other events organized by BAS departments.

• recreation of BAS employees and their families.

2. These regulations are binding on all persons who use the Creativity Houses, regardless of whether they are employees of the BAS or are external to the system.

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

3. The right to use the Creativity Houses is granted to all employees of the branches of BAS in the city of Sofia and the country, and outside visitors in case of vacancies.

4. Candidates for the use of the Creativity Houses make requests through the Administration of OPZ “Pochivno Delo” – BAS for the duration and number of rooms necessary. This is done through all the different reservation channels: online, through the website, via email, by phone or directly at the office.

5. The rooms are occupied by the users after 14:00 o’clock on the day of arrival, after filling in an address card for registration and upon presentation of:

• document for prepaid services

• official note – proof that the client is an employee of BAS

• ID card to check your home registration information

In the case of organized visits, the group leader also presents a rooming list.

6. The rooms are released by 11:00 o’clock at the check-out day.

7. The guests of the Creativity Houses are obliged to observe the sanitary and hygiene rules for the use of the rooms and common areas provided to them, as well as the safety rules and regulations.

1. FORBIDDEN:

8. Bringing of electrical appliances, food and catering to the rooms;

9. Bringing dogs, cats and other pets into the Creativity Houses;

10. Accommodation of children under 14 years without parents or chaperons;

11. Smoking outside designated areas.

12. The users of the Creativity Houses are obliged to observe the order and to keep silence during the rest hours: from 14:00 to 16:00 o’clock and from 23:00 to 07:00 o’clock in the morning.

13. The damages caused during the stay at the Creativity Houses must be paid by the guests double the amount of their market value against an issued document or a cash receipt.

THE GUESTS OF THE CREATIVITY HOUSES OF BAS MUST COMPLY WITH THESE RULES.

THE CONTROL OF COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES IS CARRIED OUT BY THE MANAGERS OF THE CREATIVITY HOUSES.
